Qualifications

• Previous experience in Aged Care
• Valid Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care as a minimum requirement
• Positive, caring and compassionate with a great work ethic
• A great communicator who enjoys working in a supportive team
• Open to continuous learning
• Russian speaking candidates are highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care needs and services as per resident’s individual care needs and care plans
• Provide person-centred care to residents in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Deliver care that aligns with residents' dignity, choice, and independence
