Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking an Aged and Home Care Worker to join our Canberra team. This Permanent Part Time role delivers in-home care and wellbeing support to clients in their own homes, with weekday daytime shifts.

You will work within a supportive team and contribute to high-quality, person-centered care. Applicants should have a Certificate III in a health-related field, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in a health-related field (e.g., Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing).
• Qualification in First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s license and ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic assistance and support with daily living tasks.
• Assist with shopping and appointments.
• Provide respite care and companionship to clients.
• Prepare meals and support with meal planning.
• Support social engagement and community participation.
