Churches Of Christ in Blackall, QLD is seeking a Personal Care Worker for a permanent part-time role. Immediate start with a fortnightly minimum of 47 hours, salary packaging up to 18,549 p.a. tax free, and generous annual leave pro-rata.

You will support residents with daily needs, assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility and meals while maintaining dignity and privacy, reporting changes to nursing staff, and contributing to a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
• Able to work mornings, afternoons and nights.
• Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Basic computer skills for reporting (email and internet use).
• Availability to work a flexible roster across different shifts.
• Australian working rights (no sponsorship).

Responsabilités

• Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility and meals.
• Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and helping with social activities.
• Maintaining dignity, privacy and respect for residents at all times.
• Completing daily care charts and reporting any changes in health to the nurses.
• Working collaboratively with the broader team to support high standard of care.
