Job summary

RSL LifeCare Limited in Merimbula is seeking a Carer to provide compassionate personal care to residents in our aged care homes. You will work with residents and families to deliver respectful, person-centered support.

In this part-time/casual role, you’ll follow individual care plans, encourage activity and independence, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in individual support or related work experience are beneficial.
• Australian Working Rights required.
• Police Check or NDIS check may be required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in collaboration with residents and families.
• Deliver quality, timely care aligned with care plans.
• Support wellbeing and independence through resident activities.
• Foster person-centred care and strong team relationships.
• Participate in risk management and quality improvement.
• Work closely with team to deliver positive resident outcomes.
