Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing or equivalent.
• Experience in aged care is highly regarded.
• National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe personal care and daily living support.
• Support residents to maintain independence, dignity and comfort.
• Assist residents with self-care, mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
• Join a caring community with opportunities to progress in nursing or leadership.
• Ensure consumer-focused care and service delivery for all residents.
