Qualifications

• Experience in aged care, health care or hospitality.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to live with independence and choice.
• Assist with one-on-one activities aligned to care plans.
• Contribute to residents' physical, emotional and lifestyle needs through assessment and observation.
• Perform personal care tasks within an established care framework (e.g., hygiene, dressing, grooming).
• Assist residents with mobility as per care plan.
