Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care tasks within agreed framework (hygiene, showering, shaving, dressing).
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff and document accordingly.
• Respect residents' privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
• Assist mobility per care plan to encourage independence.
• Respect resident choices and support day-to-day routines.
