Job summary

Mercy Aged And Community Care in Mentone, VIC is seeking care workers to provide person-centred support for residents in an aged care setting. You will assist with personal care, mobility, feeding and hydration, and help maintain a clean living area under nurse guidance.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/Cert IV in Aged Care or Individual Support is required.
• NDIS Clearance is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using mobility aids safely.
• Support residents with feeding, nutrition, and hydration.
• Assist with medication reminders under nurse supervision.
• Maintain clean, safe living environment with light housekeeping tasks.
