Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain pre-employment checks including passenger transport licence code, NDIS Workers Screening Check, WWCC.
• Current First Aid & CPR Qualifications.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Excellent communication skills with compassion and patience.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with responsibility.
• Strong time management and organisational skills to follow schedules.
• Willingness to use technology such as smartphones, tablets and computer programs.

Responsibilities

• The Community Support Worker’s primary responsibility is to assist customers and the disadvantaged to remain living longer in their own homes by providing a door-to-door transport service. The transport service being, affordable, caring, and reliable and delivered with compassion and integrity.
