SA Health in Wudinna seeks a part-time Community Support Worker to deliver personalised home support across the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network. The role focuses on personal care, domestic tasks, transport and companionship for older people and those with disability within the local community.
The position is based in Wudinna, operates on a 7-day roster, and is paid WHD4 with pro-rata salary plus 12% superannuation and salary sacrifice benefits.

Working within EFNLHN's Consumer Directed Care model, you'll deliver personalised support that puts participants - not providers - in the driver's seat. Your day‑to‑day will vary based on what participants need, and may include:
