Job summary

Calvary in Melbourne is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist clients in their homes across Pakenham, Officer, Berwick, Cranbourne and surrounding areas. Roles are permanent part-time or casual, with rosters designed to minimise travel and maximise flexibility.

You will help clients achieve daily goals, support personal care when needed, and promote meaningful activities in collaboration with families and health networks. Training is provided, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on care and customer-focused service delivery.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred or required.
• Ideally holds a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to achieve goals and make choices with networks.
• Promote meaningful routines and activities.
• Assist with personal cares, mobility, and prompting with medication.
