Juniper is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to join our Home and Community Care team in the Great Southern Area, WA. You will help older Western Australians live independently at home, assisting with personal care, daily living activities and social support, building meaningful connections in the local community.

This permanent part-time role offers shifts across weekdays and weekends between 7:00am and 7:00pm, with supervision and training provided to ensure high-quality,

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• Previous experience providing personal care in aged care or community care.
• Ability to work independently in the community while maintaining communication with the team.
• A genuine commitment to supporting older people to live independently.
• Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care.
• Dementia care experience.
• Current First Aid Certificate.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care including showering, dressing and continence support
• Assist customers with activities of daily living
• Support customers with medication administration (training provided)
• Assist with domestic tasks, including meal preparation and household support
• Provide social support, including transport to appointments or community activities
• Follow and document care in accordance with individual care plans
