Disability To Ability SA are seeking Community Support Workers to provide person-centred support for individuals living independently in Adelaide and surrounding suburbs. Applicants need to be able to work a flexible roster to suit participant needs. Applicants must be willing to commute across the CBD and surrounds to attend participants' homes, with opportunities in rural areas. We are looking for applicants who have experience providing support to participants living with physical and psychosocial disabilities. We are seeking to build a casual pool of support workers to be able to meet the needs of our participants.

Preference would be for applicants to have either lived or professional experience with mental health and psychosocial disabilities.

About you:

  • Current Certificate III or equivalent is desired
  • Current DCSI (DSES) or NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain

  • Must have unrestricted Australian Driver's License
  • Must have clear communication skills
  • Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
