Job summary

SA Health is seeking a Community Support Worker in Kimba within the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network. The role supports aged, frail or disabled individuals with personal care, meals, cleaning, transport and social support under a Consumer Directed Care model.

Permanent part-time, 22.8 hours per week, with salary: WHD3 $1,307.80 - $1,342.25 per week (pro-rata) plus 12% superannuation, leave loading and salary sacrifice benefits.
