Job summary

Potentia Energy is seeking a Community and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to support engagement across renewable energy projects. You will build trusted relationships with communities, stakeholders, and First Nations groups, contributing to social outcomes and the company’s social licence to operate.

The role reports to the Community & Stakeholder Engagement Manager, with responsibilities spanning strategy development, relationship management, and engagement program delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have a full driver's license.
• 4–5 years in stakeholder and community engagement.
• Willingness to regional travel and work with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver community, stakeholder and First Nations engagement strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with Traditional Owners and communities.
• Support RAP delivery and First Nations participation initiatives.
• Design and implement community benefit sharing programs.
• Record and report stakeholder feedback and engagement outcomes.
