The Community Sport and Recreation Development Officer will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of the MSC’s community engagement strategies; designing, implementing and evaluating the sports participation programs, taster sessions and events, whilst fostering and supporting the growth and development of Community Coaches through professional development and mentorship. This leadership position plays a vital role in stakeholder relationships and engaging young people and community members into meaningful sporting activities that address barriers to engagement, foster skill development and encourage participation in the broader mainstream sport & recreation community.
