Job summary

NSW Health, Gloucester Community Health is seeking a Registered Nurse with wound management expertise to join the Generalist Care multidisciplinary team. You will provide care across the community and clinic settings, collaborating with specialists and nursing staff to support patients in maintaining independence.

You will conduct home visits, run wound clinics, and develop individualised care plans while prioritising caseloads and maintaining robust documentation.

Qualifications

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
