About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in Maitland and play a key role in supporting the development of our GradStart RN, EN and Student/Supported Nursing Trainee (SBT) programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role focused on developing our emerging nursing workforce, supporting new graduates and trainees as they build their confidence, knowledge and clinical skills.
Based in Maitland, you’ll support programs across the surrounding area as our workforce and programs continue to grow. You’ll work alongside an experienced team and receive a structured orientation and crossover with the current staff member to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
You’ll also have the support of the broader team to help shape and coordinate the programs, with the opportunity to contribute ideas and help strengthen our approach to education, development and support. Our GradStart program has continued to grow over recent years, and this role will be instrumental in maintaining that growth while ensuring our new graduates and trainees feel supported, connected and confident as they begin their nursing careers.
As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you’ll be responsible for the coordination and ongoing development of our new graduate and trainee programs, providing education, guidance and support throughout their transition into the workforce.
