Job summary

South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Community Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care at Bowral Community Health Centre. Qualifications

• Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience in acute and/or community nursing with varied caseload.
• Excellent assessment and communication skills; person-centred care.
• Responsible for clinical practice and professional development.
• Must hold an Australian C-Class driver's license with NSW requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical care across catheter and drain management, acute, chronic and surgical wound care, HITH and palliative care.
• Work autonomously while being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to help patients remain safely at home.
• Ensure safety and quality through evidence-based practice and ongoing reassessment.
