Melbourne Mobile Physio seeks Community Physiotherapists to deliver client-centred care through home visits across Melbourne's north and west. We welcome graduates in 2027 and experienced physios alike, with opportunities for full-time and part-time roles.

Community Physiotherapist (North/West) + 2027 Graduate Program (Melbourne)

We’re looking for caring, supportive physiotherapists who are ready to make a difference in the community.

We’re recruiting for multiple full‑time and part‑time community physiotherapist roles across Melbourne, with priority vacancies in the northern and western suburbs. We’d love to hear from experienced physios, early career physios and those looking to move from private practice into a more meaningful and balanced role.

We’re also accepting applications for our 2027 Graduate Program, with graduate opportunities across Melbourne.

2027 Graduate Program: “0 to 100”

Starting out as a community physio can be exciting and a little daunting. Our “0 to 100” program gives you a clear roadmap for your first 100 days and supports you to build confidence step by step.

• First 100 days: Follow a clear roadmap to help set you up for success, including a gradual, manageable caseload build‑up.
• 10 Clinical Jump Shots: Take part in 10 personalised masterclasses with experienced physios, focused on the fundamental skills you’ll need in your career.
• Buddy system: Be paired with a recently graduated MMP physio who can support you along the way.
• Weekly one‑to‑one mentoring: Discuss clinical questions, case reviews and your development with a senior physio.
• Team leader check‑ins and group mentoring: Get regular wellbeing and development support, and learn alongside other physios.
• Specialist masterclasses: Join a practical group session every two months with a titled physio.
• Coffee catch‑ups and group PD: Connect with your peers and keep learning with your physio team.
• Collaboration with our OT team: Work alongside our occupational therapists to support great outcomes for your clients.
