About the Role

Are you a passionate Physiotherapist looking for a rewarding role in a supportive, multidisciplinary team? At Plena Healthcare, we provide personalised, community-based care that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

As a Community Physiotherapist, you’ll work with a diverse range of clients, managing both acute and chronic conditions to enhance mobility, function, and independence. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values excellence and client-focused care.

Your clients will come from government-funded programs such as Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, as well as private referrals. Unlike typical providers, we set realistic and achievable KPIs—ask us for details!
