Lutheran Homes Group in Adelaide, SA, is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team across Residential, Community and Rehabilitation settings. You will assess clients, plan interventions and support goals.

You will collaborate with the Allied Health Team Leader, Home Care Manager and Coordinators to deliver person-centred care, education, and coaching to staff and families. This role emphasises growth, quality standards and ongoing professional development within a compassionate

Qualifications

• Relevant Allied Health qualification in Physiotherapy with demonstrated experience.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Ability to educate, support and coach staff, clients and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of aged care quality standards (desirable).
• Pre-employment medical and NDIS worker clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop goal-based treatment plans.
• Support clients in achieving independence and safe living at home.
• Provide clinical support to Community Transitional Care and Community programs; act as escalation point.
