Summerset Cranbourne North is hiring a Lifestyle Coordinator to design and deliver engaging lifestyle and activity programs that reflect residents’ interests. You will work with the village team to foster connection, wellbeing, and meaningful experiences for every resident.

Join a supportive, values-driven organisation in Victoria, Australia, where professional development and inclusive teamwork are priorities. Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with opportunities to lead events and outings.

• Plan, coordinate and deliver a varied lifestyle and activities program tailored to residents’ interests and preferences.
• Lead and take part in activities and outings.

• Communicate regularly with residents, families and supporters through newsletters and updates.
• Maintain resident assessments, participation records and lifestyle care plan documentation.
• Ensure activities meet aged care standards, safety requirements and policies.
• Contribute to activity planning, budgets and a positive village culture.
