Job summary

Brisbane City Council is seeking a motivated professional to support the design and construction of community infrastructure projects across Brisbane. This permanent full-time role reports to the Regional Operations Centre and other sites, focusing on delivering playgrounds and related facilities to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the design and construction of playgrounds, picnic facilities, fitness equipment, drinking fountain projects and similar works.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to Council’s specifications.
• Providing cost estimations for planned projects and delivering high standards of service to customers.
• Working to agreed performance standards and mutual expectations.
• Liaising with stakeholders to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Completing project specifications and procurement documentation.
