Job summary

Provide CIC is seeking experienced Health Care Support Workers to join our Community Nursing Teams in Maldon, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults in their homes and care settings.

You will work with registered staff, assist in delegated nursing care, perform routine blood sampling with training available, and communicate clearly with patients and families as part of an integrated health team.

Qualifications

• Experience in phlebotomy or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary health team.
• Demonstrate observational and communication skills.
• Competent with basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work on a roster and grow with the service.

Responsibilities
