Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to a team of community nurses delivering care at patients' homes.
• Answer and manage telephone enquiries from patients, carers and other healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate communication between team members.
• Maintain accurate records and schedule appointments.
• Perform general office and administrative duties to support home-based healthcare services.
