You will assist customers with a range of library services, support library programs and events, and help with day-to-day library operations.

• Experience working in a library or customer service environment.
• Confidence delivering library programs and activities for children and adults.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, teams and the wider community.

• The ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
