This is an exciting opportunity to engage with young people, families and the wider community while promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma and encouraging young people to seek support early.
As the Community Engagement Coordinator, you will work in partnership with young people, families, community organisations, local services and the headspace team to identify and respond to local community needs.
You will coordinate community engagement initiatives that increase awareness of headspace services, improve mental health literacy and support young people aged 12-25 to access the right assistance when they need it.
This is a term defined part-time position based in the Chatswood area, working 22.8 hours per week across three days until 13 February 2027.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support community events and activities.
