APM Employment Services in Brisbane is seeking an Employment Consultant who can build strong local connections, think creatively, and help people overcome barriers to employment across Indooroopilly and surrounds.

This role is about more than a desk job—you'll be a trusted local connector, working with participants and employers to create opportunities, strengthen workforce participation, and support local businesses with their hiring needs.

• Support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain employment.
• Help participants identify strengths and overcome obstacles.
• Develop creative solutions to overcome employment challenges.

• Build partnerships with local employers to create opportunities.
