Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous server/bartender experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic drink preparation and cocktail recipes beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Team-oriented with a community-minded attitude.
• Must meet legal age to serve alcohol.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide attentive table service, take orders, deliver food/drinks, and check guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain bar and dining area cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Enter orders into POS and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Follow policies on responsible alcohol service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
• Engage with community members to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
