St Jude’s Health Care Group in Western Australia seeks a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist clients under the NDIS funding framework, helping them gain independence and participate in the community. You will support daily living activities, promote positive behaviours, and foster skill development, while maintaining respectful, person-centred care within clients' homes and local communities.

Applicants should have mandatory checks, a WA driver's license, and be willing to engage

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance within the last 12 months.
• Proof of working rights - Passport or visa.
• Valid West Australian driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Working With Children Check issued in WA.

Responsabilités

• Taking clients out for social outings and activities, shopping trips or GP/specialist appointments.
• Servicing clients at their homes with daily living activities (toileting, showering, dressing).
• Light domestic duties and meal preparation/eating assistance.
• Liaising with the families and representatives of your client as required
