Qualifikationen

• Recent, adequate experience as a Dental Assistant across a range of dental specialties.
• Ability to assist the clinician in a four-handed environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency and accuracy in infection control procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Hold a Certificate IV Dental Assisting Oral Health Promotion or Certificate IV Dental Assisting Dental Radiography.
• Hold a current Class C Licence and willing to drive fleet vehicles between locations.

Aufgaben

• Prepare dental instruments, equipment and materials, assist during procedures, maintain moisture control and support patient comfort.
• Travel between community locations, schools, hospitals and residential facilities, assisting with transportation and setup of portable dental equipment.
• Apply NSW Health infection prevention and control standards, including PPE, sterilisation, reprocessing and waste management.
