Help Shape a Safer, Stronger Community. The Rural City of Wangaratta (RCOW) is looking for a dynamic Community Compliance Officer to help ensure our region remains a safe, welcoming, and well-regulated place to live.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Monitoring and enforcing compliance with local laws and relevant legislation
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify risks and resolve non-compliance
  • Educating the public and promoting awareness around Livestock & Domestic Animal Control, Parking, Public Safety, and Property Protection
  • Navigating regulatory environments with confidence and care
  • Providing thoughtful solutions to complex community challenges
