Your Nursing Agency is seeking Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality care in community settings across Queensland. You will join a dedicated team delivering support to people living with disability, including personal care, meal prep, and social activities.

Qualifications

• Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care / Individual Support is required.
• Minimum 6 months paid experience supporting people living with disability.
• Current NCCHC and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and vehicle for work use.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support with meals and light housekeeping as needed.

About the Role

Disability Support Workers with YNA deliver exceptional care and support backed by an experienced team.

The role may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication supervision, light housekeeping duties,
transporting and social support. We'll back you every step of the way and always consider your

What you will bring to the role

• Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care / Individual Support & paid experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 6 months paid experience support people living with disability
• Current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and vehicle for work use.
