Job summary

BlueCare in Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse for permanent part-time work (minimum 3 days per week) covering Nambour and surrounding areas. The role involves on-the-road client visits, care planning, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality community healthcare.

You must hold a full AHPRA registration and a current Australian driver’s license with access to a suitable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements (Essential).
• General nursing experience, post-registration.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) (Essential).
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work (Essential).
• Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
• Willingness to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
• Consider physical, social and psychological requirements.
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs.
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members.
