Wesley Mission’s Home Care service is seeking Community Aged Care Support Workers to assist clients in Maclean and Yamba. You’ll provide in-home care, support daily activities, and help clients live independently with dignity and respect.

We offer casual and permanent part-time roles with shifts across weekdays and weekends, plus travel time and kilometre reimbursement, Fitness Passport, salary packaging, training, and uniforms. Suitable for entry-level or experienced applicants.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care is desirable.
• First Aid Certificate preferred.
• NSW Driver’s Licence with comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Second language skills highly regarded.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide tailored assistance to clients in their homes and communities. Duties may include:

• Personal care

About You

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (desirable but not essential)
