Job summary

Qualifications

Marketing Manager – Construction
Brisbane | Up to $110,000 + Super | Full-Time

An established construction business is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join its Brisbane team. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety and ownership. You’ll work closely with management and project teams to showcase projects, strengthen the company’s brand and coordinate marketing activities across digital, content, events and business development.

The Role

• Managing social media across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Creating engaging content around projects, company achievements and team culture.

About You

• You’ll be confident creating content, managing social media and juggling multiple projects and deadlines. Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office is required, while exposure to Adobe Creative Suite, website management or video editing would be advantageous.
• You’ll also be comfortable working closely with senior management and construction teams, including visiting sites when required to capture project content.
