Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Communications Specialist to join a large Australian organisation on an initial contract through December 2026. The role focuses on developing engaging internal communications and campaigns that bring health, safety and wellbeing initiatives to life across the business.

You will create content across articles, videos and surveys, manage campaigns end-to-end, and work closely with Corporate Affairs and senior stakeholders to

• Manage campaigns end-to-end, from concept development through to launch and engagement
• Create a range of content including articles, videos, surveys and internal platform content
• Develop communications plans and approaches for key campaigns and initiatives
• Work closely with Corporate Affairs, senior stakeholders and external agencies
• Translate sensitive and complex topics into clear, accessible and engaging communications
• Drive awareness, engagement and participation across wellbeing programs and initiatives

Job description
