Job summary

The Bloomfield Group is seeking an experienced Communications and Community Specialist to join our Corporate Services team. Based in the Hunter Valley, you will support internal and external communications to connect our people, business and communities.

This site-based role (Monday to Friday) is focused on coordinating Foundation programs, stakeholder relations and community initiatives across Ashtonfield and wider Hunter Valley operations, with a vehicle option included in the package.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Communications, Marketing, PR, Community Engagement or related discipline.
• Experience in communications, community engagement, stakeholder relations or events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver's licence ( NSW ) required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the Group to achieve communication and community outcomes.
• Develop internal and external communications across channels.
• Coordinate Bloomfield Foundation programs and community reporting.
• Create content that promotes people, business and community contributions.
• Support community initiatives, stakeholder activities, site visits and events.
• Maintain relationships with communities and stakeholders.
• Maintain communication assets, including photography and video content.
