As Commissioning Manager, you will act as the quality, risk, and performance gatekeeper for the owner. The Owner’s Commissioning Manager holds ultimate authority over schedule alignment, risk mitigation, script approval, and final acceptance to ensure the mission-critical facility is zero-defect at handover.
