Job summary

Bouygues Construction Australia is seeking a Commissioning Manager to oversee commissioning and handover activities from construction to operations at our Perth-based sites. You will lead the HOTO plan, coordinate testing, training, and handover evidence, and work with Defence representatives to track acceptance and DLP close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, building services or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in commissioning, project handover or close-out on construction projects.
• Experience coordinating testing, asset documentation and handover evidence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the project's commissioning and handover activities from construction to operations.
• Lead the Handover Takeover (HOTO) plan, checklist, and action register coordination.
• Plan, monitor and document system testing, retesting, training and handover evidence.
• Ensure readiness with construction, design, operations, subcontractors and client teams; manage DLP close-out.
• Track acceptance actions with Defence and other stakeholders and produce progress reports.
