Brunetti Classico in Melbourne's Moonee Ponds is seeking a Commis Chef to join our premium cafe team. The role requires a minimum of two years' experience in a Commis Chef position and a genuine passion for hospitality.

You will work with a small, enthusiastic team in a fast-paced environment, following directions while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Weekend and evening availability is a must. Knowledge of Italian cuisine, especially pizza, is highly regarded.

We are currently seeking a Commis Chef to join our team at our Brunetti Classico store in Moonee Ponds!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a deep-set love for hospitality and is ready to help evolve our newest store!

The right candidate will demonstrate:

• At least 2 years in a Commis Chef role
• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry
• Strong time management skills, as to work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
• Being able to follow directions while still upholding quality and presentation standards whilst working independently
• Knowledge of Italian cuisinewill be highly regarded- especially pizza!
