Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a commis chef in hotels, restaurants or bistros.
• Experience working on different kitchen sections is ideal, but training is provided.
• Passion for cooking good food and working breakfast or dinner shifts.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures.
• Willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
