Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a dedicated Full Time Pastry Commis Chef to join our stellar Culinary Team. You will help run the day-to-day pastry operations, contributing to a variety of outlets and events.

The ideal candidate embraces HACCP guidelines, thrives under pressure, and works well in a team or independently. Full availability across a 7-day roster and Australian working rights are required.

The Role:
As a Pastry Commis Chef you will hold confidence and take ownership in being able to run the day-to-day operation of your allocated section. As directed, you will perform various duties which span from preparation, cooking, presentation and regulated cleanliness. All actions will be performed to the highest of standard and quality, with guest satisfaction driving your work ethic.

Ensure HACCP guidelines are strictly adhered to by following cleanliness and hygiene procedures
