This exceptionally well-regarded agency has a recognisable brand that is gathering an audience as it grows. With a strong database and loyal client base, they have some of the best Commercial Agents in the business. Based in their Chatswood office, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Leasing Consultant to join their ranks.

This position will see you focusing on a mixed asset class, expanding on established networks, and prospecting for new listings. You will be a strong negotiator and can easily adapt to change.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Managing end-to-end sales and leasing processes for commercial properties
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors
  • Conducting market research to provide clients with accurate property insights and valuations
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies for available properties
  • Leading negotiations and closing deals, ensuring all contracts comply with legal requirements
  • Reporting on sales and leasing activity to senior management and stakeholders
To be considered for the role you will have:
  • Proven experience in commercial property sales and leasing
  • Strong knowledge of the Sydney commercial property market
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A valid real estate license is essential
