Qualifications

• Experience in property management is preferred, with ability to work in a mixed commercial/residential portfolio.
• Strong communication with owners and tenants, and attention to financials.
• Willingness to learn and develop business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections.
• Communicate with owners and tenants.
• Manage rental arrears, notices and lease renewals.
• Conduct onsite visits as required.
• Issue breach notices where necessary.
