Job summary

Curtis Partnership is seeking a Senior Associate/Special Counsel in Commercial Property for Melbourne CBD. You will independently manage property transactions and commercial leasing for a diverse client base, with a focus on complex matters and high client service standards.

The role requires 7+ years PQE in property law, VIC admissions, and strong negotiation and drafting skills. A transferable practice is ideal but not essential, with a clear path to partnership for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in VIC.
• Commercial leasing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Transferable relationships / existing practice (ideal but not a deciding factor)

Our client is a Melbourne CBD law firm looking for a motivated 6+ PQE Property Lawyer to join the team and independently manage property transactions and commercial leasing on behalf of a wide range of clients. This role is a new position due to continued growth in the firm.
