Colliers, a leading commercial property expert in Australia, is seeking a full-time Commercial Property Manager for their Bendigo office. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team specialising in sales, leasing, and property management in one of Victorias vibrant regional towns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain and grow the Bendigo Commercial Property Portfolio
  • Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
  • Conduct routine property inspections
  • Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
  • Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:
