Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager, the Commercial Performance Manager’s main objective is to drive actions, initiatives and solutions to continuously improve Cartier Oceania performance. In close collaboration with the Commercial team, the mission is to empower boutique teams, partners, and specialists with the expertise, tools, and support necessary to consistently deliver exceptional client experience, drive commercial sales growth and profitability.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Commercial Performance

  • Collaborate with the necessary stakeholders to design and deploy dynamic Looker dashboards, providing necessary visibility into key performance metrics, enabling data driven decision making and owning commercial data change management alongside broader organisational change.
  • Streamline reporting incorporating a 360 vision: across channels (Retail, Travel Retail, E-commerce, Watch Specialists, etc.), products, clients in collaboration with the other departments involved (e.g. Marketing) to answer business needs.
  • Support business goals by tracking performance across all channels, reporting on key KPIs and developing both strategic and actionable insights.
  • Analyse initiatives results (e.g. incentives, VM/Marketing tactical push, etc.) vs. objectives on a frequent basis.
  • Calculate monthly commissions (“One Reward”) and analyse results.
  • Manage Reward & Recognition program for Internal and External boutiques.
  • Maintain a circular feedback loop (across all channels), share opportunities for sales growth and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Assist in building a new, robust practice around driving business performance through prioritization of commercial initiatives and consistent execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the Cartier action plans process for boutiques and partners, and ensure consistent execution throughout the year.
  • Support and coaching commercial and retail teams in developing business acumen skills and performance.
  • Support the creation of the yearly objectives (“My Performance Journey”) and regularly track the team achievements.
  • Through a challenging partnership approach, coordinate and consolidate sales forecast during the different financial planning phase of the year (e.g. Budget, latest estimates, etc.).
  • Responsible of the Daily Sales, monthly estimate, monthly rolling forecast and other end of month reporting.
  • Act as a major contributor to the creation of various commercial presentations including the annual Market Action Plan and regular commercial meetings such as Business Reviews etc.

Additional Missions

  • Participate to the commercial parts for brief and score cards for new network projects.
  • Wholesales support - Business reviews, wholesale rebate reporting and processing.
  • Act as a support in developing our omnichannel strategy by supporting E-commerce and CRC when necessary.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects based on business needs, regional and/or HQ initiatives.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have 5+ years of experience in luxury commercial or retail departments holding a bachelor’s degree.
  • You are an expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with SAP knowledge preferable and Google Looker highly regarded.
  • You are known for you excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence and a motivated self-starter with a curious and flexible mindset.
  • You are an expert in analytical skills and strives in working with data & database universe.
  • Extensive experience in working in multicultural environments with multiple and diverse management stakeholders.

  • If successful through this, you will be invited to complete a practical case study assessment as well as having the chance to interview with Cartier's Commercial Director and Senior HR Manager
  • The final candidate will be invited to meet our Managing Director for Oceania
  • You will commence your journey with the team after all required pre-employment screenings (including police checks) have been successfully completed.
