Virgin Australia Regional Airlines (VARA) in Perth is seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst to join our Commercial team and help shape the future of our charter business. You will turn data into insights that influence pricing, forecasting and key business decisions.

This role builds robust financial models, analyzes revenue, cost and margin drivers, and collaborates across finance, commercial, operations and B2B to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in finance, business, data analytics or related field.
• Proven experience with financial reporting and management reporting.
• Experience turning large datasets into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate client invoicing across VARA charter clients and related entities.
• Build and maintain financial and commercial models supporting pricing and forecasting.
• Analyse revenue, cost, margin and operational drivers to identify trends and risks.
• Support pricing decisions and evaluate new and existing charter opportunities.
• Transform complex data into clear insights for decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL and Python.
